The foods were very good and I wasn’t hungry!
I found it very easy to follow. The foods were very good and I wasn’t hungry. Dr. Pourshadi is very good in explaining at how to do the diet. He is great and makes a difference to the client at losing weight and they would look forward to coming back week after week.
